Please meet for all training sessions at Ashfields Track.

Monday

Senior Beginners group: 6-20pm till 7-20pm

Senior Runners - groups of all abilities: 6-30pm till 8-00pm

Tuesday

Young Athletes training sessions - various groups: 6-30pm till 7-30pm

Senior Training - various groups: 6-30pm till 8.00pm

Wednesday

Senior Runners - groups of all abilities: 6-30pm till 8-00pm

Thursday

Young Athletes training sessions - various groups: 6-30pm till 7-30pm

Senior Training - various groups: 6-30pm till 8.00pm

Sunday

Various training runs take place. Please ask one of our coaches, committee members or webmaster for more information.
