Membership is paid on an annual basis. Our membership year runs from 1st March until 28th February each year.
The rates, as agreed at this year’s AGM, are:
|Senior||£49.00 (includes £12 England Athletic membership for 2015-16)|
|Junior (under 11)||£22|
|Junior (11-19) / Student||£34.00 (includes £12 England Athletic membership for 2015-16)|
|Family (maximum 2 adults and minimum 1 junior)||£60.00* + £12 EA membership each for each family member age 11 or over|
|Associate / Volunteer||£16|
The membership fee includes free use of our track and changing facilities and ensures that you are covered by the club’s insurance when using our facilities. It also gives you free entry to Cross-Country League races, for juniors and senior ladies to the Heart of England Track and Field League meetings and for senior men and senior ladies to the Midland Track and Field League meetings.
Please pay your fees promptly. Membership will be suspended if fees are not received by 1st April and only re-activated on payment of the outstanding amount plus a £5 late payment fee.
Note, if you are joining part way through the membership year then please contact our membership secretary, Jason Blount or a committee member to find out what it will cost.
Please download and complete a renewal form then follow the payment instructions below.
Having filled in your form you can make payment in one of the following ways:
- Via online banking: Email your form to our Membership Secretary who will supply account details
- In person: Hand in your form & payment at the club to either Jason Blount, Rebecca Ibbs (Monday / Wedensday evenings) or Wendy Fradley (Tuesday / Thursday evenings)
- Subscriptions Post Box: Put your form & payment (cheque only) into one of the envelopes provided and pop it into the Subscriptions ‘Post Box’ in the club house
