Please meet for all training sessions at Ashfields Track.

Monday

Senior Beginners group: 6:20pm till 7:30pm

Senior Runners – groups of all abilities: 6-30pm till 8-00pm

Tuesday

Young Athletes training sessions – various groups: 6-30pm till 7-30pm

Senior Training: Endurance – various groups: 6-30pm till 8.00pm

Senior Track Session – various groups: 5:30pm till 6:30pm

Tuesday 5.30- 6.30 with Michelle Senior Endurance

Wednesday

Senior Runners – groups of all abilities: 6-30pm till 8-00pm

Thursday

Young Athletes training sessions – various groups: 6-30pm till 7-30pm

Senior Training – various groups: 6-30pm till 8.00pm

Sunday

Various training runs take place. Please ask one of our coaches, committee members for more information.
