Endurance Month!

January is the juniors Endurance month – all training sessions will be logged by your coach and the total mileage calculated at the end of January to decide your award. The farther you cover the higher the award ranging from 10km up to Ultra Marathon. Some will do the month for the first time whereas for those that have done it before the aim to to get the next award up! All runs count but must be verifiable i.e. be in races or training and be measured by gps etc… Remember to let your coach know what you’ve done and Good Luck.
