NSCCL at Rodbaston on 14/12/19
This was the last race of the season for the North Staff’s Cross Country League, unfortunately there wasn’t any races for U20, Senior and Veteran men and women due to a field being unavailable for use, however we had a good number of Juniors attending today. It was a very wet course with abit of mud thrown in for good measure, the weather was cold and windy.
In our U11 Girls Team we had just one runner who was Summer Taylor she came 43rd (13.34), Well Done Summer and Thank You for supporting your team.
In the U13 Girls Team we had 4 runner’s our first girl in was Evie Worsey 16th (9.40), 20th Grace Egan (10.08), 23rd Olivia Tipping (10.25), 28th Caitlin Taylor (11.19). The team finished in joint 6th place. Well Done to all of you.
U15 Girls again we had 4 runner’s, coming in 11th was Molly Ibbs (21.14), 12th Lucy Brownsword (21.21), 13th Beatrice Wakefield (21.45), 18th Holly Cooper (24.15). After 4 races the team finished in 3rd with 152 points Well Done everyone.
U17 Women’s in a fine 3rd position was Nadine Tomkinson (27.35), 6th Poppy Ranford (29.36), 8th Scarlett Cotton (30.53), 9th Misha Twardochleb (30.53). They finished in a fantastic 2nd position with 71 points overall. Well Done ladies Great efforts by all of you.
We now move on to the U11 Boys
Corey Ellis was 1st (7.52) Well Done Corey, 4th George Brownsword (8.40), 10th Jay Marchant (9.06), 11th James Davis (9.09), 20th Harry Ibbs (9.28), 28th Isaac Mc Donald (10.00), 29th Kobie Burton (10.08). They finished in a prime 1st position with102 points. Well Done lads you must be proud of yourselves.
U13 Boy’s Oliver Woodward came 23rd (21.23), 24th George Smyth (21.27), 26th William Tomkinson (22.32), 32nd Elliott Sharman (26.27). Well Done to all of you, The U13 Boy’s team finished in 5th place.
U15 Boys Charlie Ranford was our first one in coming in 8th (27.22),13th Tyler Davison (28.22), 20th Joseph Stevens (30.16). The U15 Boy’s team finished in 3rd place with 187 points. Well Done again lads.
In the U17 boys team we had Elliott Smith who came in a fine 2nd position (22.34) Well Done Elliott and 15th Thomas Mogg (27.47) Well Done Tom.
That was a great four races in the NSCCL, Well Done to everyone who ran, supported and helped in anyway. It is very much appreciated to see so many members supporting the club. Also a special Thank You to all the coaches for there commitment.
