Tuesdays (22nd Dec) session for Martins Group will be a Christmas Hat Run, where we will cover between 4 and 6 miles at a Steady/Easy pace – please wear your favourite Christmas Hat

3 Juniors from the club travelled to Wilmslow on Sunday to take part in the Junior Parkrun. Congratulations to Louis Wakefield (3rd 8.18), Beatrice Wakefield (19th 10.08) and Mathilde Wakefield (23rd 10.18).
