Three of our Juniors took part in Parkruns over the last two weekends.
On Saturday 13th February, U/17’s Sophie Goodfellow and Grace Ranford competed at Hanley Parkrun. Sophie finished in 14th position (2nd Lady) in a time of 21:10 with Grace not far behind in 24th Position (3rd Lady) in 22:04. Both just missed out on new PB’s despite the cold and blustery conditions.
On Saturday 20th February, U/13 Louis Wakefield took part in his first full distance Parkrun on the three lap Congleton course. Louis paced his run very well and ran strongly from start to finish and ended up in 43rd position in a time of 21:29.
