Our top Senior Cross Country Runner (and club member since the age of 11) Stephen Ratcliffe was selected to represent Staffordshire AAA’s at the Inter Counties Cross Country Championships held at Preswold Hall, Loughborough on Saturday. Stephen was selected for the first time as a senior last winter but was unable to run due to work commitments but he was rewarded for another strong season with selection for this years event. Stephen started the race steadily and worked his way through the field during the 12km race finishing in 268th position in the highest quality race of the season.
