Yoga for Runners

Yoga helps with your breathing, improves your flexibility, strengthens muscles and improves posture, joint movement and blood flow. All of this will improve your running speed and fitness levels!!!

The next course starts Tuesday 19th November for 4 consecutive weeks at the club. Start time 8.45pm to 9.45pm. £25 for a 4 week course or £7.50 per session.
