Two of our U/17 Men travelled to Nuneaton to compete in the Midlands Track and Field Championships on the weekend of the 19th and 20th August. On the Saturday Lewis Nagington took part in the 1500m final and finished in 9th position, just missing out on his PB with a time of 4:31.81. On Sunday Jacob Droogmans competed in the 3000m final and finished in 8th position in a time of 10:20.60. Congratulations to both U/17’s for finishing their track seasons in the top 10 at the high standard Area Championships.
