The SSAN 4 x 1 Mile relays were held last Saturday (19th March) at Rowley Park, Stafford. This event is a low key introduction to racing for many and an end of season run out for those who’ve been racing for a while. We put three teams in to run this year, a team of U/11 Girls, a mixed team of U/11’s and a team running as a mixed U/15’s. All age groups run together and after a one mile loop of the park each runner passes on to the next member in their team. All those athletes who had taken part previously beat their times from last year and extra Congratulations to the U/11’s Girls team who finished third in their category. Well done to all our juniors!
