Two of our U/20’s competed in Sundays Birchwood 10km, held over a flat but twisty course in Warrington. Sophie Goodfellow and Grace Ranford were competing in the high quality field against not only other club runners but boosted as it was also part of the inter county fixture between Staffordshire, Cheshire and North Wales. Sophie was once more selected to represent Staffordshire. Sophie finished in 12th position in a time of 41.15 and Grace finished just three places back in a new PB of 41.27. Congratulations to you both.
