Rebecca Twardochleb and Sophie Goodfellow travelled to Alsager to take on some of the very best road running seniors at this years Alsager 5 on Sunday. In ideal, still conditions both set off fast and were rewarded with new PB’s, with Becky finishing in 30:44 and Sophie with 32:35. Currently that Ranks Becky as 1st in the country and Sophie as 4th in the country in the U/20 Women Category. Congratulations to you both.
